This certainly isn't "peace, order, and good government."<BR/><BR/>2) Harper's failure to win a majority government, now twice, shows the inadequacy of Canada's first past the post system based on population. This effectively allows metro Toronto to hold the rest of the country hostage. What's a better solution? Perhaps the famous 3E Senate that Canada never seems to get or an Australian style of Proportional representation where voters rate their preferences for parties?
